Our Products

Rotomoulding  allows to produce complex monobloc shapes, therefore without any joint point, our containers are made of food-contact safe polyethylene and their insulation is with polyurethane expanding foam.

We currently have three product ranges, all of them granting each container 

TO BE EASY TO USE - TO BE HYGIENIC - TO KEEP TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS - TO BE STURDY - TO HAVE AN EASY MAINTENANCE

TRANSPORTHERM: vertical, either thermally insulated or refrigerated containers, with front door.

BOXITHERM: multipurpose, either thermally insulated or refrigerated containers.

MOVITHERM: chest style, thermally insulated containers, specifically for dry ice.

What is an Isothermal container?

It is a container with insulated walls that reduce the heat exchange between inner and outer surfaces of the container, therefore protecting the product from any temperature changes. According to the global coefficient value of thermal trasmission  (K coefficient), a container can be included in one of the following two categories:

IN,   with a coefficient equal to or less than 0.7 W/m2K

IR, which means  Isothermal Reinforced with a coefficient equal to or less than 0.4 W/m2K

ALL ALEDA CONTAINERS BELONGS TO  "IR" CATEGORY

What is a refrigerated container?

This is an Isothermal container that, by means of an external  source of cold (natural ice, eutectic plates, dry ice) which is not a mechanical system nor an "absorption" system, keep the temperature cool or frozen inside the container.
